Ingredients
  • [q:3 1/2] cups chicken bone broth
  • 2 fresh, cage-free eggs
  • [q:1/2] cup fresh, organic cilantro, chopped
Directions
  1. Place the broth in a large pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
  3. Gradually stir the beaten eggs into the broth.
  4. Reduce heat, stirring continuously with a fork until the egg stands out from the stock.
  5. Remove from heat and pour into bowls.
  6. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.

Ingredients
  • Carcass of 1 (4 to 5 lb) roasted chicken (remove all cooked meat from the bird)
  • 8 cups cold water
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrot
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 4 whole black peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt, to taste
Directions
  1. Place cooked chicken carcass and water in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
  2. Skim away any foam that rises to the surface. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover pot partially with a lid and simmer for [q:1 1/2] hours. Occasionally skim any foam away from the surface.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for an additional hour, continuing to remove any foam that rises to the surface.
  4. Remove chicken carcass from pot. Strain broth through a sieve. Discard solids. 
  5. This broth can be used as a base for making soups. If not using immediately, cool to room temperature, and skim any fat from the surface. Transfer to storage containers. Broth will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer.

  • [q:1 1/4] cups pecans
  • [q:3/4] cup Bone Broth Protein™ Vanilla
  • [q:1/4] teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup dates, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Place pecans in a food processor and pulse until in fine pieces.
  2. Add protein powder and sea salt, pulsing until well combined.
  3. Add dates, honey, oil and vanilla, and process until combined and sticky.
  4. Form into ball shapes and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked
  • 1 cup frozen carrots and peas, chopped and cooked
  • [q:1/2] white onion, chopped
  • [q:1/2] cup mushrooms
  • 1 scoop Organic Bone Broth Protein Turmeric Spice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. In a large pan on medium heat, add avocado oil, rice, carrots and peas, onions, mushrooms, Organic Bone Broth Protein Turmeric, salt and pepper.  
  2. Stir occasionally until onions become translucent (about 5 to 8 minutes).

Layer One

  • 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 scoop Organic Bone Broth Savory Herb 
  • [q:1/2] lime, squeezed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • [q:1/2] tsp sea salt

Layer Two

  • 1 heirloom tomato, guts and membranes removed and diced
  • [q:1/2] red onion, diced
  • [q:1/2] lime, squeezed

Layer Three

  • 1 cup plain goat yogurt

Layer Four

  • One bunch of cilantro, finely chopped

Layer Five 

  • 1 cup guacamole

Layer Six

  • 1 bell pepper chopped, seeds and membranes removed

  • 4 ounces raw sheep cheese, grated
Directions
  1. In a high-speed blender, add in black beans, Organic Bone Broth Savory Herb, lime juice, garlic powder, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In an 8-inch glass bowl or 6-inch glass dish, line the bottom with the first black bean layer.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together tomatoes, onion, and lime juice. Add on top of black bean layer.
  4. Spoon goat yogurt evenly across tomato mixture.
  5. Evenly layer chopped cilantro on top of goat yogurt.
  6. Scoop guacamole over cilantro layer.
  7. Place chopped peppers on top of guacamole.
  8. Sprinkle raw sheep cheese on top. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 small box baby spinach
  • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 large eggs
  • [q:1/4] cup almond milk
  • [q:1/2] tsp of salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 oz (70g) soft goat cheese
  • 1 scoop Organic Bone Broth Protein Nitro Beet or Savory Herbs
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Chop tomatoes and set aside.
  • In a medium-sized cast iron skillet, add the avocado oil, spinach, and chopped tomatoes and set aside.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, add egg, almond milk, salt, pepper, Organic Bone Broth Protein Nitro Beet or Savory Herb and goat cheese, whisking until well-combined.
  • Add egg mixture to skillet.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
