Nitro Beet Frittata with Bone Broth

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 small box baby spinach
- 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 8 large eggs
- [q:1/4] cup almond milk
- [q:1/2] tsp of salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 4 oz (70g) soft goat cheese
- 1 scoop Organic Bone Broth Protein Nitro Beet or Savory Herbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Chop tomatoes and set aside.
- In a medium-sized cast iron skillet, add the avocado oil, spinach, and chopped tomatoes and set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add egg, almond milk, salt, pepper, Organic Bone Broth Protein Nitro Beet or Savory Herb and goat cheese, whisking until well-combined.
- Add egg mixture to skillet.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
