Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄2 tsp kosher salt
- 1⁄4 tsp black pepper
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil or canola oil
Directions
- Whisk together vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly, until smooth.
