Ingredients
- 8 oz. Mori-Nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu
- 1⁄2 cup white miso
- 1 tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄4 tsp turmeric
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown rice vinegar
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve with chips, pita slices or veggies.
