Wheat and Barley Grasses

In studies, wheat and barley grasses have:

  • Improved symptoms of fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis as part of a raw vegan diet
  • Increased hemoglobin in children with blood disease (wheatgrass)
  • Lowered LDL “bad” cholesterol (dried barley leaf extract)

Note: People with wheat or gluten allergies should be cautious: these grasses may cause a reaction.
