What you need
- Lettuce, shredded
- Diced red pepper
- Chopped carrot
- Sliced cucumber
- Minced jalapeno pepper (about a half pepper per person)
- Black beans
- Canned or frozen (thawed) corn
- Green beans, raw, broken into bite-sized pieces
- Feta cheese
- Ranch dressing or hot sauce
