Green Banana Flour and Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 c lightly-packed baby spinach
- 1 c blueberries
- 1 unpeeled apple, quartered and cored
- 1 c chilled coconut water or your favorite non-dairy milk
- 2 Tbsp green banana flour
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the container of a high-speed blender.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
