Ingredients
- 8 cups baby spinach
- 1⁄4 chopped green onion
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1⁄2 chopped walnuts
- 1⁄2 crumbled blue cheese
- 1⁄2 cup your favorite balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
- Toss the first five ingredients together in a bowl.
- Divide salad between 4 plates.
- Top each plate with equal amounts of blue cheese.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
