Citrus-Rosemary Marinade

Ingredients
- Finely grated zest and juice of 1 large lemon
- Finely grated zest and juice of 1 large lime
- Finely grated zest and juice of 1 large orange
- [q:1/3] cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- [q:1/2] tsp ground black pepper
Directions
- Whisk ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- If using on chicken, marinate for 2 hours. If using on fish, marinate for 1 hour.
