Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp pine nuts, lightly toasted
- 3 1⁄2 oz basil leaves
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 3⁄4 fl oz (1⁄3 cup) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 small garlic clove, peeled
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
