Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp pine nuts, lightly toasted
  • [q:3 1/2] oz basil leaves
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • [q:2 3/4] fl oz ([q:1/3] cup) extra-virgin olive oil
  • [q:1/2]  small garlic clove, peeled
  • [q:1/4] tsp salt
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.
