Dairy-Free Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Mori-Nu Extra Firm Silken Tofu
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1⁄2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Transfer to a 13 by 9 metal baking sheet and place in the freezer
- Freeze until firm, stir every 1⁄2 hour
Notes
*Mixture can be transferred to an ice cream maker after step 1. Follow the directions on your appliance.
