Ingredients
  • [q:1/4] cup cashews, soaked for 4 hours and drained
  • 1 frozen banana,* cut into chunks
  • [q:3/4] cup unsweetened canned coconut milk**
  • [q:3/4] cup water
  • 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • [q:1/8] tsp ground cardamom
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and buzz until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

Vegan Buttered Popcorn

  1. Melt coconut oil in pan on stovetop - 3 Tbsp or to fully cover the bottom of pan
  2. Add popcorn and cover
  3. As popcorn begins to pop, shake the pan to ensure that all popcorn gets heated
  4. Once popping slows, remove from heat
  5. If desired, add salt or additional coconut oil after popping

Ingredients
  • [q:1/2] cup softened coconut oil
  • [q:1/2] cup cocoa butter
  • 1 Tbsp aloe vera juice
  • 3 Tbsp sweet almond oil
  • 10-15 drops lemon essential oil
Directions
  1. Put coconut oil and cocoa butter into a pan. Mix.
  2. Put the pan on low heat and mix until fully melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Add aloe vera juice, sweet almond oil, and lemon essential oil.
  4. Whisk until fully blended - do not let sit.
  5. Pour into containter of choice and cover.
  6. Refrigerate 2 hours or until hardened.
