Vitamin C Makes Exercise Easier

Coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath during exercise may be reduced by upping your intake of vitamin C.

About 10 percent of the population suffers from this form of bronchoconstriction, often referred to as exercise-induced asthma. Competitive athletes in some winter sports are much more susceptible.

A recent study from Finland concluded that vitamin C could cut the impact of the condition in half.
