Lynn Tryba
Pumpkin seeds in a glass bowl.

Pumpkin seeds, also called pepitas, are used in baking, to garnish soups and salads, and roasted for a savory snack (season with garlic, salt, onion powder, cayenne, or your favorite spice or herb). There are 85 seeds per serving, so this makes a great snack!
