Probiotic Aids D Absorption
Lynn Tryba

Taking a daily probiotic supplement may increase vitamin D levels in the blood by 25 percent.

Previous research has linked low levels of vitamin D to heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, and musculoskeletal disorders.
