Moving Toward Better Sleep
Lynn Tryba

If you're pining for better sleep, getting more exercise may help.

Participants in the 2013 Sleep in America poll who were vigorous, moderate, or light exercisers were significantly more likely than non-exercisers to report having a good night's sleep.

Vigorous exercisers reported the best sleep, but simply taking a daily 10-minute walk improved the likelihood of a restful night.
