Kiwis are Nutritional Powerhouses

Kiwifruits are nutritional stars. Ounce for ounce, one kiwi has more vitamin C than an orange and more potassium than a banana. The fruit also provides folate, vitamin E, and fiber, and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
