Homemade Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can rinsed and strained garbanzo beans
- [q:1/2] cup vegetable broth
- [q:1/2] tsp olive oil
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to garnish
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except salt and paprika.
- Add salt to taste, blend.
- Garnish with paprika.
