Healthy and Simple Mango Chicken Satay

Ingredients
- [q:1/2] cup water
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar, Organic
- 2 tablespoons Nutty Infusions™ Cashew Butter, Mango Chili
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Sesame Seed Oil, Organic
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
- Place chicken thighs onto skewers and into shallow bowl.
- Place half of the sauce on chicken thighs and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat grill to 350° F.
- Place chicken satay on side one for 2 minutes.
- Flip to side two for 2 minutes.
- Brush additional sauce onto the chicken.
- Serve with reserved sauce and enjoy!
