Hawaiian Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
- 1 cup pineapple (fresh or one 8 oz. can)
- 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
- 1 package Mori-Nu Lite Firm Silken Tofu
- 1 ripe banana
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whip until smooth.
- Chill or blend in a few ice cubes. Serve cold.
