Hawaiian Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh or one 8 oz. can)
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
  • 1 package Mori-Nu Lite Firm Silken Tofu
  • 1 ripe banana
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whip until smooth.
  2. Chill or blend in a few ice cubes. Serve cold.
