  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 large handful baby spinach leaves
  • 12 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
