Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup tahini
- 1⁄2 cup plain goat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 4 small ice cubes or 1⁄2 cup water
Directions
- In a blender, combine tahini, yogurt, oats, honey, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
