Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is a common circulatory ailment. Those who have it suffer from narrowed arteries. This results in a reduced blood flow to the limbs.

- Exercise. Moving your body ;conditions your muscles so they’ll use oxygen more efficiently.
- Eat well. Choose a healthful diet rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids.
- Avoid pseudoephedrine. Check the labels of cold meds to make sure you're not consuming this ingredient. It constricts blood vessels.
